Steve and his team have extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Steve has been a loan originator, branch manager and regional sales manager in the mortgage industry for over 45 years and in Greeley and Weld County for over 30 of those years. Along with Steve’s mortgage business, he has been involved with many organizations in Greeley including the Chamber of Commerce Education Committee, President of the Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the ACE committee, President of the Success Foundation and on the St. Mary Finance Council Board. Steve is responsible for helping our Northern Colorado customers and business partners find the right loan and at the right terms. Source: This dataset combines data from Public Records and MLS transactions. The data lists the number of all-cash purchases and the total number of home purchases nationwide in 2023. (Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
